Qoolness LLC Refund & Return Policy

At Qoolness, we’re passionate about helping you Feel Your Beauty—but if our product didn’t quite meet your needs, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered, even if the product has been gently used. We understand that skincare is personal, and sometimes, a product just isn’t the right match for your skin.

To start the return process, please email us at admin@qoolness.com with your order details and reason for return. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return. Items sent without an RMA will not be accepted.


📦 Return Guidelines

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product may be lightly used, but must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.


💳 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
