Qoolness LLC Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after being shipped.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
